Senior Jillian Chandler is a funny, outgoing, free-spirited person that works hard and never gives up. Her encouraging attitude keeps her effort in determination to a positive environment to boost her confidence. She plans to attend VCU to study Communications to be a news broadcaster in the entertainment field. Her desire and passion to sing will be put in perspective as a side job.
